Micah Yee
I'm what you might call an IT magician. I've spent the last 12+ years in the trenches running IT and Office Operations at startups through key growth phases. My work now focuses on AI systems, autonomous agents, and automating complex IT workflows — everything from service desk help to identity lifecycle management to compliance monitoring.
Most recently I led AI and automation work at an HR-tech SaaS company, where I shipped 10+ custom MCP servers that let GTM and analytics teams query data in plain English, spun up dashboards giving executives visibility into AI spend, and automated much of IT onboarding and offboarding with a SOC-2 security lens — all within 60 days.
